Product looks so beautiful when opened up. When take out to pair with apps, then realised the universal button is not working. Can't use cos its faulty or battery is finished but this model is non chargeable & can't charge or change battery. So upset & seller refunded me the money very fast.

Seller give a voucher to repurchase again but need pay for delivery. Bought the item, but only use less than 10 times then not working anymore. Seller said might be no battery. During lives angeline said can use up to 4000 times before it stop working. So if no battery again. Won't recommend to get
