installation method:
1. Remove the original car transmission head
2. Remove the aluminum alloy sleeve at the bottom of the transmission head
3. Take out the rubber sleeve to fit the size of the gear lever
4. Screw the rubber sleeve into the gear lever
5. Place the gear cover directly on the gear lever (note that the aluminum alloy cover is placed on the gear lever first)
