•What you will get: 1 box of Recogen Original and 1 box of Bone K+ for 1 month supply.
•What is inside each box: 1 box contains 30 sachets of Recogen Original. 1 box of Bone K+ contains 60 soft gels of Vitamin D3, K2 and Krill oil.
•What is Recogen Original: Contains Bioactive Collagen Peptides(BCP) to actively support and maintain healthy joint functions.
•What is Bone K+: Contains Vitamin D3 & K2 that enhances calcium absorption and binds calcium to the bone for bones formation. It also contains krill oil that is high in EPA, DHA and phospholipid omega-3 based oil with natural Astaxanthin (a rich source of omega-3) for better absorption.
•Usage: For Recogen, mix 1 sachet of Recogen into plain water or any non-caffeinated drinks. Take one sachet daily for at least three months. It is best to consume Recogen in the morning to get the energy content to start the day. For Bone K+, take 1 yellow soft gel and 1 red soft gel after food daily.

People who are allergic to seafood or shellfish should exercise extreme caution. Please talk to your health professional before use if you are taking blood thinner or have an existing medical condition.
