Delivery:
- All durians deliveries by our own delivery fleet to ensure prompt delivery and quality control.
- Deliveries will be within 3-48 hours upon ordering, from 1pm to 10pm daily.
After sales support:
- We provide quality assurance in the unlikely event of any unripeness or deterioration due to delivery process.
- If you encounter any issues with your order, please drop us a message within 24 hours of delivery.
- To enable us to assess the condition of durians, please ensure that at least more than half box(200g) of the durian is uneaten.
- We will provide a 1-1 exchange for durians that have been assessed to be not up to our quality assurance.
