External carton box with ‘fragile’ label and watch box with bubble wrapped, but dented, disappointed. Think the watch box already dented before delivery.

Ordered on 9/5 and received on 28/5. The watch looks solid and luxurious. To set the watch, got to install the LB app. Difficult to charge with original metal strap so change to one of the given rubber strap. Disappointed, found the smart watch not able to sync to health 365 app.
