🌙Cleaning and disinfecting the bottle before first using. Here two ways for first disinfection.

--Put it in hot water around 5 min

put some lemon or orange peel inside the bottle at the same time.

🌙The suitable temperature of the milk/water/juice in the bottle is around 37°C.

🌙 For disinfection, we suggest put all parts of the bottle in hot water for about 5mins. Not suggest to put it in microwave.
