Product description
Non-contact (non-sparking) relay module LR7843 - 100 V, 9.4 A for amplifying PWM signals and more.
It is a high-power actuator (relay) module constructed on transistors ( without mechanical elements ), widely used wherever there is a high switching frequency ( 0 - 20 kHz ), and where the environment excludes the use of sparking elements, such as relays, and where it is necessary to eliminate radio interference. There are of course many more advantages, it is impossible to list them all.
The module is designed to control structures that require switching high currents using a low-potential signal - high and low level ( DC 3.3 V - 36 V ), taking into account the switching frequency up to 20 kHz .
The control is grounded, which means that despite the bipolar input and output, the positive input is passive and the control signal is given along the negative line. This solution enables the voltage to be differentiated between the circuit generating the control signal and the permissible operating voltage of the switching module.
The module is controlled in a classic way:
GND - ground,TRIG / PWM - control signal.
At low state (no control signal), the module output is open, at high state (control signal from 3.3 V to 36 V ), the output is closed - the module is conducting.
Application example - high level start, low level stop, PWM speed control, electric motor control, start / stop switch, control of solenoid valves and other inflow devices.
In order to ensure the optimal selection for the specificity of the application, different specifications of the MOSFET base transistors were used, depending on the values of the application parameters:
LR7843: 30V 113A - offered now
and presented in other offers:
Other product parameters:
working voltage: DC 5V - 36V ;Trigger signal source: digital high and low level ( DC 3.3V - 36V ), can be connected to the IO port of the micro controller, PLC interface, power supply: direct current (DC),can be controlled by PWM signal, signal frequency 0 - 20 kHz .permissible limits of controlled voltage: DC 3.3 V-36 V ,continuous current at room temperature consistent with the parameters of the mosfet used.lifetime: unlimited (no mechanically active elements).operating temperature: -40 to 85 C ;dimensions: 23 mm x 16 mm
Depending on the application, the manufacturer made it possible to solder the wires with the control signal to the pads visible on the board, as well as the use of pins (pins) that are used in many Arduino-compatible systems. The spacing of the holes for their soldering (raster) is in line with generally accepted standards.
