CARE TIPS To maintain our Juerie pieces in pristine condition, we recommend minimizing contact with moisture and perfumes. Avoid wearing them to shower and swimming pools. Store your Juerie in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. We also recommend removing your Juerie before sleeping, exercising or any other activities that may cause damage. RESIZING REQUESTS Resizing requests after purchase will be entertained on a case-to-case basis as our Juerie are made-to-order pieces and we may have to dismantle and make a new piece to honor the size adjustment. We seek your understanding on this matter. If we are able to accede to your resizing request, please note that you will be responsible for the mailing of your Juerie to us, and there will be an additional fee of S$6 to cover the cost of extra material used and return postage via Singpost tracked letterbox delivery. We highly recommend using registered mail so the package can be tracked. Unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with the resizing and return if your item is lost in transit.
