This premium fabric is lightweight and soft to touch, ensuring maximum comfort for skin contact, perfect for bedding and is luxuriously soft to sleep in.

 

Made with 100% organic bamboo lyocell. Bamboo lyocell is the most sustainable bamboo fabric, made with pure organic bamboo pulp. It is crushed, washed and spun into yarns. Traditional lyocell is made from wood, but bamboo lyocell is a renewable plant source. Lyocell is a third generation cellulose fabric production method that changes wood into textile fibre. It is an improvement on the processes used to make its predecessors, Viscose (also known as Rayon) and Modal as it more efficient, produces less waste and results in a product that is less synthetic and much more eco-friendly and sustainable.

Bamboo fibre is resistant to bacterial and fungal growth due to a natural component, kun. As bacterial growth is inhibited, this prevents the development of unpleasant odours.

Bamboo lyocell requires minimal care and is easy to maintain. Unlike silk, bamboo fabric is very easy to take care of. Cold-wash on a gentle cycle without any bleach or softeners is recommended. Minimal ironing is required as well since wrinkles phase out after one night’s sleep.
