Each pastille (gummy) contains 14.3 mg Sambucus nigra (Black elderberry) fruit juice powder, equivalent to fruit juice 500mg, 25 mg ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), 50mg honey and 1.5 mg zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate). ​

Directions: ​

Children 2-4: take 1-3 gummies per day with food. ​ Children 4+ yrs: take 2-5 gummies per day with food. ​

Warnings: ​

Not to be given to children under 2 years. ​

Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. ​
