Cultusia Hair Marshmallow Color is a hair dye that is equipped with conditioner to protect hair colour and reduce hair damage and dryness. With quality dye content, it makes your hair color more beautiful, soft and shiny. For maximum results, hair MUST BE BLEACHED FIRST. How to use: Prepare a container and mix the colouring cream with developer in a 1:1 ratio and evenly, then apply all over the hair with a brush or comb, wait 30-45 minutes.
