►CPL Filter: Reduces reflections, effectively reduces reflections from water, glass and other surfaces to enhance image clarity. Enhances color saturation, especially when shooting the sky and plants, making the blue sky bluer and the green leaves greener. Ideal for shooting landscapes, architecture and any scene that requires increased color contrast.
ND Filter
ND filters are used to reduce the amount of light entering the lens so that longer shutter speeds or larger apertures can be used. Common ND filters come in a variety of strengths and are mainly categorized as:
►ND16: Reduces light by 4 stops (about 75%) and is good for long exposures in bright conditions to create motion blur effects such as running water or clouds.
►ND64: Reduces light by 6 stops (approx. 98%). Ideal for very bright conditions, allowing the use of slower shutter speeds.
►ND256, 8 stops of light reduction (approx. 99.6%) Suitable for extremely bright conditions, enabling more pronounced motion blur.
►ND1000 with 10 stops of light reduction (approx. 99.9%) Suitable for intense sunlight and scenes requiring extremely long exposures, such as shooting sunsets, calm water, etc.
