Pleasantly surprised at the tasttand texture of this Taiwan knife sliced noodles. Soft chewy texture with a bite. The sauce for the dry noodles are nt salty and does nt make me feel thirsty or itchy on my nose(meanuno msg). Soup mushrooms noodles is light and flavorful.

tbh this is overhyped by many tiktoker which convinced me to buy but i don’t think is really that nice (depend on your preference also), is not like when you eat the first bite then you will be super wow/amazed kind. Taste for me and my family is just meh. Sauce is a lot, i like the noodle is chewy
