I tried this before and found it does reduce eye bag only when I apply it but after cleansing, the eye bag seems to appear back. So I assume it is only a coverage and not a treatment.

Yes, I have a tightening sensation after applying on my eye bags and the effectiveness I wouldn't say its 100%, but it works or lightens the sunken eye bags. I'm going to use it daily for better improvement then.
