[Ginseng] (Bundle of 2) Perming Lotion 2 Set x 120ml - Perming Hair Lotion

Directions for use:

Shampoo hair without massaging the scalp, then towel dry to remove excess moisture. With the help of perm papers, wind hair onto curlers. Having completed the winding process, apply perm lotion carefully to each curler from the nape area to the front. Apply the remaining lotion to each curler evenly, then cover with a perm cap.

Development Time: The final development time depends on the hair type. Test curls should be taken to determine completion of curl development. Curled hair must be well rinsed after development time.

Neutralising: Apply neutraliser using the nozzle. Use two-thirds of the neutraliser to each and every curlers. Leave for five minutes. Before removing curlers, apply remaining neutraliser and leave a further five minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use conditioner for final rinse. Style as desire.
