Product description
Introduction to DC power filter circuit: The circuit consists of three parts: the first part is a primary LC filter circuit, the second part is a common mode EMI filter, and the third part is a secondary LC filter circuit.
LC filter, commonly known as passive filter, is a traditional DC power harmonic compensation device composed of inductance and apacitance, which can filter out harmonics in the power supply once or multiple times and purify the DC power supply.
Common mode filtering can address the problem of rapid transient group pulse interference with a repetition frequency of several thousand hertz in certain user sites, and can play a suppressive role.
The PCB specification is FR4 42 * 77 * 1.6MM, with the shortest design for high current circuits and short paths, which can withstand higher currents and minimize external interference.
The equipped inductors come in four specifications: 2A, 4A, 10A, and 20A.
Main part specifications:
Input: DC not exceeding 50V (higher voltage can be improved by replacing electrolytic capacitors)
Circuit board: double-sided FR4 fiberglass board
Electrolytic capacitor: 50V 470UF, dosage 2 PCS
Thin film capacitor: 100NF 2PCS 470 PF 1PCS
Magnetic ring inductance: dosage 2PCS, (iron silicon aluminum is selected for 20A high current)
Common mode inductance; Usage 1 PCS, (20A high current selection flat copper strip inductance socket: 7.62 sockets, 2PIN, 3PIN, 1 PCS each)
This module is suitable for eliminating DC power sources with electromagnetic interference, and can be applied to DC circuits with strong electromagnetic interference in automobiles, motorcycles, and other industries
