Many of the listed or advertised functions are not available on the device, such as the Equalizer, Find My Earphone functions. The instruction manual that comes with the device doesn't explain on the activation and usage of the various functions. I would called it a piece of CRAP...

This was touted to be an upgrade from the EW118, so I checked with the customer service specifically if it can be used to control tiktok and like videos.. turns out, it doesn't have this function like the older model.. not an expensive item but just a waste of resources. Now ghosting me.
