[USAGE INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO WEAR]
1. Make sure your breasts are dry and clean. Do not use or apply lotion, oil or any type of moisturizer on your skin because this will prevent the nipple covers from sticking.
2. Remove plastic sheet from nipple covers (do not dispose the plastic sheet, it can be reused).
3. Press on firmly and hold on for a few seconds to keep it in place. Release any air underneath.
[USAGE INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO CLEAN]
1. Gently use the pad of your fingertips to wash the adhesive.
2. Rinse the nipple covers with warm water to remove any residue.
3. Carefully shake off excess water and allow it to air dry.
4. Store nipple covers using supplied tray and pouch after dry to retain shape and curve.
