1. Make sure your breasts are dry and clean. Do not use or apply lotion, oil or any type of moisturizer on your skin because this will prevent the nipple covers from sticking.
2. Peel back film of the nipples covers. Position nipple covers to cover nipple. Press firmly and hold on for a few seconds to keep whole cover in place. Release any air underneath.
[USAGE INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO CLEAN]
1. Gently use the pad of your fingertips to wash the adhesive.
2. Rinse the nipple covers with warm water and mild soap to remove any residue.
3. Carefully shake off excess water and allow it to air dry.
4. Reattach film for next use.
