Yums, can easily replace those used for chwee kueh and every other dish. Slight sweetness and not too salty, well balanced. One thing though, i don’t really see any dried shrimp in it so could have been infused but nonetheless a very good condiment.

The delivery is fast and all glass jabs came with styrofoam to prevent breakage. The 菜脯is damn nice and I added to steamed eggs and so delicious
