📣The scan tool is not powerful

If the scan tool will not turn on or operate incorrectly in other ways, you need to do the following to check:

A) check whether the OBD II connector of the scan tool is securely connected to the vehicle DLC;

B) check whether the DLC pin is bent or broken. Clean the DLC pin if necessary.

C) check the vehicle's battery to make sure it is still fine with at least 8.0 volts.
