Installation Notes:

It is normal to detect the DC voltage 300v, the absorption circuit, the switching transformer and the secondary peripheral components are normal, and confirm that the load has no short-circuit fault.

 

First remove the MOS tube on the original machine, and place the two MOS tubes of the module against the heat sink, and then fix them on the heat sink with a screw lock.

 

According to the figure, the fork is disconnected in the actual circuit, and the corresponding color lines of the module are connected as shown in the figure, and the error cannot be connected. After repeated verification, the switch will not be connected, and then the machine can be turned on and cut! Module leads cannot be extended under unnecessary conditions. Otherwise it will affect normal operation.

 

Description of each lead connection:

Red line: connect the original machine power switch tube c pole (field effect tube D pole).

Black line: Take the hot ground (ie the negative pole).

Yellow line: Connect the original IC power supply terminal 10v-15v. (the power supply pin of the original IC is disconnected from the circuit).

Blue line: Connected to the positive level 300v.

White line: Connect the booster transformer feedback coil and disconnect the original IC end.
