Product description
📣CNBJ-707 is a quick-go/non-go tester relay that provides general health indicators and the most common automotive relay functions. The tester will check the correct relay contact function by connecting the car battery (11v--15v) to the relay coil. The tester will watch the pin configuration, the time to contact the shutdown and opening, the consistency of the relay during each test session, the tester will light the green LED if all pass during the test session, otherwise light the red LED.
📣Introduction:
1. connect the power indicator to the car battery -- black alligator clip to the negative terminal, red alligator clip to the positive terminal.
2. the tester is powered when the LED lights up in red.
3. check the relay before plug into the tester. If it is a 4 pin relay, select "4 pin" on the tester. If it is a 5 pin relay, select "5 pin" on the tester.
4. plug the relay into one of the three containers.
5. press the "test" button.
6. the tester will check the unknown configuration of the relay pin. The tester will light the red LED if the unknown relay is not the same as most of the ordinary automotive relay pin unknown relay is destroyed.
7. the tester will open and close the relay 10 times to test the time to contact the shutdown and opening if the relay pin configuration is correct. The tester will light the red LED immediately if time is over time.
8. the tester will check the consistency of the relay after testing the time to contact the shutdown and open ten times. The tester will light the green LED if the test pass, otherwise light the red LED.
9. disconnect the power indicator from the car battery and remove the relay from the tester.
📣 Perhatian:
1. the car battery must be 12V battery, and the battery voltage is between 11V-15v.
2. ideal for coil resistance over 20 ohms.
