The DuPont wire we are sending now has no locking points on its plug. It can be equipped with motor sockets on both sides, so it cannot be defined by the color of the wire.
The terminal can only be defined by the motor socket.
The positive and negative poles of the brushless motor drive board are strictly prohibited from being reversed. Please carefully check the wire connection before powering on and testing the machine.
Pin 1: FG (suspended without wiring)
Pin 2: PWM signal, connected to the positive pole through a series of 10K resistors, with the fan running at the highest speed.
Pin 3: GND (common negative electrode of power supply and PWM signal)
Pin 4: Positive pole of power supply One thing to pay attention to when using this brushless motor is that the positive and negative poles of the power supply should conduct the slowest, which means that the PWM line should be connected first and then the power supply should be connected.
The motor can start normally. If the pilot is connected to the power supply and then the PWM signal is connected, the motor cannot start. This is the design of the driving board, and it is not because the driving board is damaged.
If a PWM signal is input on the second pin, the duty cycle can be used for speed regulation, and the negative pole of the PWM signal should also be connected to the third pin in parallel.
