High Flow Nozzle Kit - Nozzle head made of Chrome Zirconium Copper, long service life; The thermal conductivity of copper alloy is as high as 330W/m-k, ensuring that the nozzle is heated more evenly The volume is enlarged supporting a high-speed printing speed of 600mm/s.
Wear Resistance & Heat Resistance - Copper alloy is heat resistant up to 500°C, while hardened steel is heat resistant up to 450°C.
No Clogging - Smooth inner wall without burr on the orifice for smoother feeding. With the Rac Less than 0.4 roughness, the inner wall enhances the fluidity of the filament and brings super smooth extrusion.
Tight Fit, No Leakage - A flat surface and intense joint effectively solve the leakage problem.
Multi-aperture Diameter Available - 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm meets different requirement
