1. Function Description
1. Automatic Charging Control Function:
By Setting the Upper Limit Voltage up, the Lower Limit Voltage DN; When the Battery Voltage ≤ the Lower Limit Voltage DN, the Relay Is Turned on, and the Charger Starts to Charge the Battery; When the Battery Voltage ≥ the Upper Limit Voltage up, the Relay Is Disconnected, complete an Automatic Charge;

How Do I Enable the Time Control Function?
After Entering the Parameter Setting, If the Parameter Op Is Not 0, the Time Control Function Is Enabled. the Default Parameter of the OP Is: --:-- H. by Default, the Time Control Function Is Not Enabled;
After the Time Control Function Is Enabled (OP Is Not 0), When the Battery Voltage Is Less than the Lower Limit Voltage DN, the Charger Starts to Charge the Battery and the System Starts Timing; during the Timing Period, if the Battery Voltage Is Greater than Or Equal to the Upper Limit Voltage up, the Relay Is Disconnected; If the Battery Voltage Is Less than the Upper Limit Voltage, but the Charging Time Op Time Is up, the Relay Is Disconnected; If the OP Time Is up, the Battery Voltage Is Still Less than the Lower Limit Voltage DN, the Relay Keeps Conducting, Automatically Turns off the Charging Time Control Function, and Flashes the Display H:ER to Remind the User That the Time Parameter Setting Is Unreasonable; Press Any Key to Stop Flashing;
Note: Time Format: 00:59(00 Represents Hour and 59 Represents Minute) the Long Time Is 99:59, That Is, 100 Hours.

Second, Parameter Setting
a) Enter the Parameter Setting Interface by Long Pressing the Set Key, and the LCD Will Display Set;
B) after Entering the Parameter Setting Interface, Switch the Set Parameters by Short Pressing the Set Key;
C) after Selecting the Parameter, You Can Set It by Using the up/down Key, Which Supports Short Press and Long Press (Fast Increase Or Decrease);
D) If You Want to Set Other Parameters, Repeat Steps B), C);
E) after Setting All Parameters, Press the Set Key for a Long Time to Exit and Save;
3. Button Function Description
In the Running Interface (Main Interface),
Press Set Button to Display the Currently Set Parameters;
Press up Button to Switch the Charging Percentage and Charging Time;
Short Press down Button and Select Enable/Close Relay. If the Relay Is Enabled and Closed, 'Off' Will Be Displayed as a Reminder and the Relay Will Be Disconnected;
Press up Button for a Long Time to Set the Status of the LCD Backlight (L-P), off: the Backlight Is Always on, on: the Backlight Will Automatically Turn off after 5-10 Minutes;
Press Set Button for a Long Time to Enter the Parameter Settings.
IV. Calculation of Voltage Percentage: Battery Voltage/(Upper Limit Voltage-Lower Limit Voltage).
5. Additional Functions
a) Charging Time Recording Function: When the Charging Time Control Is Not Enabled, the Product Will Record the Complete Time Once. When Entering the Time Display Interface, the Charging Time Will Be Flashed; clear the Exit Time Display Interface Or When the next Charge Is on (Relay Conduction);
B) Automatic Detection of Parameters: When the Parameters Are Set and Exit, If the Lower Voltage Limit DN ≥ the Upper Voltage up, the System Will Flash "Err" to Show a Reminder;
C) Battery Access Detection: This Product Is Attached to the Battery. If the Battery Is Not Connected, the System Will Display "NBE" in the Downstream to Show a Reminder;
VI. Analysis of Common Faults
Q: How Many V Levels Are Suitable for Use? How Many V Voltage Is This Module Suitable?
Answer: This Model Is Suitable for Use Within the Voltage Range of 6V and 60V. The Expenditure Level Is 48V. Because the 48V Battery Is Fully Charged at about 60V, It Will Burn If It Is Higher. If Your Battery Is Higher than 48V, please Select Another Style.
Q: The Relay Pops after Power-on! Flashing Light?
Answer: This Is Because Your Charging Current Is Too Large Or the Battery Capacity Is Too Small, Which Makes It Reach the Upper Limit of the Voltage Immediately upon Power-on. after the Relay Is Disconnected, the Voltage Drops to the Lower Limit of the Voltage Quickly and Starts Charging Again, cycle Repeatedly. at This Time, You Need to Reduce the Charging Current. Usually, the Charging Current Is 1 to 1.5 of the Battery Capacity. for Example, the Charging Current of 20ah Battery Is about 2-3a! Note That High-Current Charging Will Cause Battery Heating and Accelerated Aging, Drum Bag Or Even Explosion!
Q: What Control Method? Can It Be Automatically Cyclically Charged? Can I Charge It While Using It? Can I Limit the Flow?
Answer: This Is Voltage Control. for Example, Set the Lower Voltage Limit 12.0V and the Upper Voltage Limit 14.5V. If the Voltage Is Charged to 14.5V, the Power Will Be Cut off. Q: Can I Charge the 24V Battery by Inputting 12V, Or Can I Charge the 12V Battery by Inputting 48V?
Answer: This Is a Simple Voltage Controller, Which Only Functions as a Switch and Cannot Change the Voltage to Charge the Battery, So You Need to Prepare What Kind of Charger to Charge the Battery! Necessary!
