Htu31d Is a Digital Version Communication Module. This Relative Humidity Sensor Adopts Surface Mount and Can Also Provide Temperature Output. The Sensor Can Provide Fast Response, High Measurement and Low Hysteresis Even in Temperature and Humidity Environment. The Sensor Can Operate in the Temperature Range of-40°C to +125°C, with a Typical Temperature Accuracy of ± 0.2°C. In Addition, It Can Also Measure the Relative Humidity from 0 to 0.01 with a Resolution of ± 2%. Htu31 Sensor Can Work in the Voltage Range of 3.3V to 5.5V, and Can Maintain Only 450 & Micro; a Work Current, While in Sleep Mode, It Is as Low as 0.05 & Micro; A. This Sensor Conforms to AEC Q100 Grade 1 Standard and Is Packaged in a Compact 6-Pin DFN Package with a Size of 2.5mm * 2.5mm * 0.9mm.
