Amg8833 Infrared Thermal Imager Sensor Is an 8X8 Infrared Thermal Sensor Array. When Connected to Your Microcontroller (Or Raspberry Pi), It Returns a Set of 64 One Individual Infrared Temperature Readings through I2C. This Is like Those Fancy Thermal Imager, but Compact and Simple, Easy to Integrate. Amg8833 Is Panasonic's next-Generation 8X8 Thermal Infrared Sensor and Provides Higher Performance than the Previous Amg8831. The Sensor Only Supports I2C and Has a Configurable Interrupt Pin That Can Be Triggered When Any Single Pixel Is above Or below the Threshold You Set.
The Amg8833 Infrared Thermal Imager Sensor Temperature Measurement Range Is 0°C to 80°C(32°C to 176°C),
Accuracy: +-2.5°C(4.5°C). It Can Detect Human Beings from a Distance of up to 7 Meters (23) Feet. The Large Frame Rate Is 10Hz, Which Is Very Suitable for Creating Your Own Human Body Detector Or Mini Thermal Imager. We Use This Breakthrough Code on Arduino Or Compatible (Sensors Communicate through I2C) Or Python Raspberry Pi. On Pi, with the Image Processing Help of SciPy Python Library, We Can Insert 8X8 Grids and Get Some Very Good Results!
