Product is good. But the delivery service is scarey. Waited whole day for delivery. At 9.20pm, found the phone left outside the door. Someone could have just taken it. What if it is left at the wrong address? How can such an expensive item be delivered without any acknowledgement by the buyer?

I got the honor magic V3 on 24/10/24 live stream thro Eric and received package on 28/10/24. I reported to Eric that I am short changed for two missing items. The honor thermal flask and the wire charger for the standing charger were missing.

Wrong model delivered today, ordered Magic v3 and received x9b instead. Price is 1/5 of what I've ordered and not sure why this can even go wrong. Waited 5hrs for shop to inform me that earliest possible exchange is next Mon. This is meant to be a gift this weekend.
