Step 1: Press the "ON/UNIT" button to turn on the device, and then press the "ON/UNIT" button to change the numerical unit, lb or kg.

Step 2: Press the "UP/USER SET" button to start setting user information.

Step 3: Press the "UP/USER SET" and "DOWN/RECALL" buttons to set the user number, 1 to 19 users.

Step 4: After setting the user number, press the "ON/UNIT" button, press the "UP/USER SET" or "DOWN/RECALL" button to set the user gender, male or female.

Step 5: After setting the user gender, press the "ON/UNIT" button, press the "UP/USER SET" or "DOWN/RECALL" button to set the user age, 10 to 99 years old.

Step 6: After setting the user age, press the "START" button to start the test.

Step 7: After the test, the screen will display the grip strength value of this test, and will compare it with the value of the last test, showing whether the grip strength value has increased or decreased.

Notes:

1. After the test, the device will shut down after 5 seconds, or you can press and hold the "ON/UNIT" button for 3 seconds to shut down.

2. You can press the "ON/UNIT" button to turn on the device, and press the "DOWN/RECALL" button to view the information of the last test.

3. When charging, the 3 "0"s flash in sequence; when charging is complete, the 3 "0"s flash at the same time; the low battery indicator is "L0".
