【Cooking Instruction】

Penang Curry Mee Instant Paste:

Heat up 1300ml of water. Add in the paste and cook till boiled. Stir to prevent paste sticking at the bottom of pot. Add in around 120gm of coconut milk. Ready to use once boiled. Pre-soak noodles in cold water, Blanch noodles, beansprout in boiling water for a short while, drain off water and add in other add-ons. Add in soup and ready to serve with chilli if necessary.
