•Base soup is light slightly sweet broth
•Includes top 8 popular mala ingredients! – Taiwan sausage, luncheon meat, enoki mushroom, potato slices, lotus root, black fungus, broccoli & ring roll (ling ling juan)
•3 noodle choices: glass noodles (sweet potato noodles), koka noodles, knife-sliced noodles
•Can make mala soup (malatang), mala dry, original light broth – recommended to go for mala & add according to personal spicy tolerance
Ready-to-eat meal pack - precooked & frozen. Warms up in microwave/stovetop in 10-15 mins to a piping hot bowl of comforting noodles!
(Note: If heating over stovetop, do use small fire & cover the pot so as not to boil off the soup)
Shelf-life: 3 months in freezer.
Deliveries: Mon / Wed / Fri 6-10pm. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
