Recommended Daily Intake (PS128 & PS23)

For adults, consume 2-3 sachets daily

For children over 6 years old, consume 1-2 sachets daily

Recommended to consume 2 sachets per day over 3 months.

Direction:

Option 1: To be taken on an empty stomach or 1 hour after a meal.

Option 2: Pour the powder directly into the mouth and enjoy or Mix with mild and beverage (temperature should not be above 40°C)
