Product description
If your baby frequently experiences cough or bronchitis and it is not properly treated to address the root cause, it could potentially develop into a chronic condition or asthma.Â
This is something I am particularly concerned about because I suffered from asthma as a child. It took years to identify the underlying issue and despite seeing multiple doctors and trying various medications, the problem persisted.Â
It was only when my mom sought help from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and started using crocodile tail soup that things began to improve. Unfortunately, crocodile meat is not readily available in our country, so my dad, who works in a travel agency, arranged for someone to bring fresh crocodile tail back from Bangkok. I consumed the soup for about six months, twice a week, and finally fully recovered and could return to school. I remember how much I struggled to sleep well and the sound of my own breathing.Â
My three-month-old daughter uses ventolin and now my son started using it when he was 12 months old, as both of them have been diagnosed with bronchitis and experience it on a monthly basis. In an effort to address the root cause, I took my son to see a TCM practitioner and was pleasantly surprised when they recommended using crocodile to make soup. I followed their advice and prepared it two to three times a week.Â
Thankfully, I started seeing a difference after a few months. It used to occur every month, but now it has been about four months without any bronchitis and fewer coughing episodes. I shared my experience with other moms and received numerous inquiries, leading us to launch this bronchitis/cough broth.Â
We visited a crocodile farm in Singapore that supplies us with crocodile tails and interviewed them about their farming practices. The crocodiles are raised in a clean, private farm and fed human food.
Our soup broth, suitable for babies aged 8 months and older, contains ingredients that help address the root cause of cough and bronchitis. However, it's important to note that this remedy is not immediately effective and may take several months to see a noticeable difference. Similar to herbal remedies, results may not be immediate.
The broth has a natural taste derived from fresh ingredients, with a touch of sweetness from fresh pear and red date. It has a naturally sweet flavor that children enjoy. It is easy to consume and should not pose any difficulty.
But here's the exciting part - this soup is not only beneficial for those with respiratory issues; it can enhance lung health for anyone, including those who are healthy. We recommend consuming it twice a week, with a serving size of approximately 75ml to 100ml for individuals aged 1 year and above. For babies under one year old, a serving size of 50ml is sufficient. The broth can be used as a soup base or to cook porridge.
