Initially bought for my daughter for her balukus because well, kids right! Then I used it sometimes for my headache, & when my husband needs a massage for his muscle aches, so alas bought one for myself. Itās like my lifeline now. I cannot go anywhere without it.

My 3rd time restocking this stress relief roll on. I keep 1 specially for my workplace for back up. Incase I forget to bring my purse that has all my BYMD balms. Whenever I feel even a bit of tension on my shoulders & neck, sure I will apply a generous amount and I will feel better almost instantly.
