This book is an introduction to Egyptian Arabic (BAM). The content is organized simply, starting with an introduction to the letters, pronunciation and followed by an explanation of the basics of knowledge categories that are often used in daily communication. With that it is expected to help anyone who is interested in learning BAM. BAM learning in this book is based on simple transliteration so that it is easy to understand by various groups of readers, whether academic or non-academic. This is because the pronunciation of each BAM word is based on the transliteration. An explanation of the characteristics of the BAM method is given in terms of using two languages, namely Malay and English.
BAM vocabulary and expressions are given meaning in Malay, English, and also Standard Arabic (BAS). Even more interesting, each lesson is presented interactively and all the features of the knowledge category are introduced, accompanied by examples of their use in everyday expression and communication. In addition, this book is also equipped with a glossary and examples of conversations in various reference situations for readers.
