Delight in the White Peach Oolong Origami, a stunning entremet pleated in an ethereal champagne-pink chocolate veil. Enveloped within is a smooth green tea oolong-infused mascarpone cream mousse, wrapped around a thick jelly core made from ripe Dauphiné white peaches. Savour the oolong’s earthy, floral complexities and the natural sweetness of the peaches, perfectly balanced by the gentle bite of an almond dacquoise and crunchy almonds.
