HENG YOON Salted Egg Paste unique recipe is packed in sachet form to enable you conveniently and quickly prepare food for your love ones.
400g crab wash and drain.
1 sachet HENG YOON Salted Egg Paste (120g), 1 piece of onion, curry leaves.
Deep fry 400g of crab until turned red, then set aside.
Heat up 120g of HENG YOON Salted Egg Paste, add in curry leaves and stir fry over low heat until aromatic.
Add in fried crabs and stir fry with sauce.
Garnish with spring onions and serve warm.
* You may also replace crab with your preferred seafood or meat in this recipe.
