COOKING METHODÂ
DIRECTIONS :
400g of chicken pieces, wash and drain.
1 sachet HENG YOON Coffee Sauce (150g), cornflour, a few sesame.
Get 400g of chicken pieces coating well with cornflour.
Deep fry the chicken pieces over medium heat until golden brown and well-cooked.
Drain the fried chicken on a paper towel and set aside.
Heat up 150g of HENG YOON Coffee Sauce, add in fried chicken and toss to coat.
Garnish with sesame and serve hot.
SUGGESTIONS :
* You may also replace chicken with your preferred seafood or other meat in this recipe.
