It also relieves pain after vaccination, such as fever and body aches. • THE WAY IT WORKS: The active ingredient, Paracetamol, is a pain killer that offers effective pain relief for acute pain, but it does not cause drowsiness. The formulation with caffeine provides up to 37% stronger pain relief for multiple tough pains. • BEST USED: Place caplets in mouth and swallow with water.
