Standard delivery (J&T/Ninjavan) usually take about 2-4 days with tracking ID. Normal postage takes about a week (check your letterbox). Some customers receive their items within 2 days! Please note we are not liable for lost mail using normal postage as there is no tracking ID. Choose at your own risk.

5. My item is damaged/wrong item. What should I do?
