1. If you're seeking super high quality, we utilize a 6-color high-resolution inkjet printer along with good quality photo paper. The results are quite good but not excellent. some customers may not satisfy and expect more excllenent quality which may need expensive machine and better quality paper. In this case you need to go to prefessional shop and pay more.

2. If you're expecting impeccably cut photos, please note that I manually cut them, which may result in slight irregularities and uneven or size offset. You can refer to reviews for further insight

3. if you have low-resolution images and expect me to upscale them, I cannot guarantee optimal results as I'm unable to verify each image's quality before printing. Please ensure your images are of high resolution for best results; high resolution equals high-quality output, while low resolution yields lower-quality prints.

4. if your total order amount is less than $6.

6. You expect not to have any color differences. Color differences are unavoidable.

-----Monitor use RGB while printers use CMYK. These two systems create colors differently.

-----Different papers absorb ink differently. Glossy paper reflects more light and can make colors appear more vibrant than matte paper

3. Kindly ensure that the pictures' proportions align with the chosen size. If the images deviate from the specified ratio, I will do with full image print without cropping (meaning automatically adjust one side to match the printed paper's dimensions, while the other side will adapt following the original image's ratio).

4. By default, the print will add additional white border to the choosen size

5. You can remark Matte/Glossy, if not I just choose randomly.

6. As i need to ship out within 2 days to avoid late shipping penalty and you need to send me images immediately once you made order , if you fail to send me, i will have to send small gift out first and you need to come and pickup. Thanks for your understanding

7. if you select "Next day delivery", pls make order after 3pm and send me images on the same day, so i can ship out next day.

but if you order before 10 am, pls send me images by 11 am, so i can ship out on the same day, Please dont make any “next day delivery ” order during 10 am to 2 pm .
