BioGaia Protectis Baby Probiotics Drops is a food supplement for babies containing the patented lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis (L. reuteri DSM 17938) that helps the good microorganisms restore a natural balance in the gut. Because L. reuteri Protectis naturally colonizes humans it has a strong adaptation to persist and interact with humans.
Note that we also carry 5/10ml version with Vitamin D that can support baby's immune system.

*This product does not have to be refrigerated as long as it is stored in dry, room temperature conditions. Our warehouse is air-conditioned and kept below 25 °C, the ideal conditions for storing BioGaia Protectis. See below FAQ for more storage information.
How to use BioGaia Protectis drops:
✓ Shake well before use.
✓ Use 5 drops once daily.
For easier dispensing, air UP vent on drop insert needs to be facing upward. Turn bottle to a 45° angle to slowly form the drops. Drops can be given by spoon, on the breast or added to breastmilk or formula. The drops do not change the taste of food or drink.
