All-in-one Fired Chicken coating
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Starch, Rock Salt, Leavening Agent [Sodium
Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate], White Pepper, Contains
Monosodium Glutamate [E621] as Permitted Flavour Enhancer, Spices,
Contains Thickening Agent as Permitted Food Conditioner, All Food
Additives are from Plants, Yeasts and Synthetic origin.
Storage: Once opened, store in airtight container
Instruction: Mix chicken with Bestari coating and water or stock. Set
aside for 30 minutes.
Coat chicken in egg wash and again with Bestari coating powder.
-Fry the coated chicken at oil temperature 180c until golden brown.
