-To estimate charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Capacity × 0.7) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, an iPhone 15 Pro with 3,274mAh can receive about 4.27 charges from a 20,000mAh power bank (calculated as (20,000mAh × 0.7) ÷ 3,274mAh).
Why does the power bank sometimes not charge when multiple devices are connected simultaneously?
-This power bank supports multi-port output with a maximum of 5V/3A, 15W. When using the built-in cable with either the USB-A or USB-C port, the output voltage is 5V. Please confirm that your devices support 5V charging.
