Very disappointed. As during the live I'm sure that seller promised will not damage the packing as mentioned its a gift for someone. In fact I also PM a gentle reminder to them. Unfortunately they break their promises. Lucky never buy more. Just try for 1packing beforehand. See the attachment.

I’ve bought 500gx2 of Bak kwa and wanted to give as a gift. 1st time purchase from this seller. To my surprise, 2 packets were packed in a bag when received. When I opened up, the packaging was dented and torn and the paper quality is so flimsy. It is totally un-presentable. Not sure abt the taste.

Came with torn packaging.. unable to present as gift.. have to buy others again. The sticker holding the box together also came off and sticked together itself. Very very disappointed. Not worth the price as I need to get another one to give as gift. ☹️

Taste good but wonder whether I’m also eating microplastic in the plastic wrapper. It’s the trend this year as most brands sells individually wrapped bak wa!

Ordered on 15/01, received on 21/01. I feel it's took quite awhile to delivery. Maybe they need to make and grill the bak kwa, as cny period is very busy. Boxes all is teared. Cannot give for a gift 🙃

Cute package design but was crushed.

Courier took a long time to deliver. Cute as gift but condition came was torn and crashed. Could have packed it in a proper way.

Disappointed on how it was delivered and bad packaging for delivery (only pack in black bag which got hole) which resulted the boxes dented and damaged. Seal was opened . Supposed to buy as gift .

Bought four. 2 out of 4 财神爷package torn. One a bit out of shape. Poor delivery package. Should pack into a carton box to protect the packaging. Cannot give people as gift liao.
