1) Download the APP "Cloud365" from your mobile phone store

2) Please insert the Micro SD card into the SD card position of the battery cover and install it when the phone is turned off

3) Press the reset button on the battery cover for about 10 seconds. You will hear the sound of the camera motor rotating, indicating that the reset is successful. Let the device restart. Note: If you change the network, or after the first successful connection, you want to match again, you must reset the speaker and delete the device that "Cloud365" successfully connected to before you can successfully reconnect!

4) Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone

5) Network connection method

*There are two ways to connect here. The first is to use the Wi-Fi at home. The connected Wi-Fi must be a 2.4G network. If the Wi-Fi is not a 2.4G signal, it cannot be connected successfully. If your Wi-Fi network is a 5G signal, you can change your Wi-Fi settings.

*The second connection method: use two mobile phones, one of which opens the wifi hotspot. The supported network can be 4G/5G. This connection method is suitable for outdoor use.

6) Open "Cloud365" and click the "+" button to add a device.

7) Add the device "CloudCam_TZ0XXXXXXXXXXX" searched on the APP page.

8) Enter the wifi name and password recognized by the APP.
