Bak Kwa Storage Instruction:

All Bak Kwa packs are Vacuum Sealed, can be stored for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.

No preservatives. Once opened, please consume within 3-4 days.

Please store sealed packs in CHILLER to maintain freshness up to 2 weeks, for longer shelf life keep in FREEZER for up to 3 months Ensure it is well-wrapped to prevent freezer burn.

Tip: Always bring Bak Kwa to room temperature or reheat gently before consuming for the best flavor.

WAYS TO REHEAT LEFTOVER/FROZEN/COLD BAKKWA

- Put into oven/air fryer/pan fry for few to reheat.

- If prefer a softer texture, put into the steamer or rice cooker for few minutes to reheat.

STORING & HANDLING OF FRESHLY BBQ BAKKWA

- All Gin Thye's bakkwa are without added preservatives, hence please consume within 3 days of purchase unless store in Fridge/Freeze to maintain freshness.

- For bakkwa that is still warm, open the packaging and let it to prevent condensation and mould. After which, store in an air-tight container.

- After opening, store in an air-tight container. Store in a cool and dry environment, keep out of direct sunlight.
