At the heart of this set is our secret recipe beef broth—a braised soup that takes more than 24 hours of preparation under fire to achieve the perfect rich, bold umami punch.

The 2L soup pack includes 350g of boneless beef ribs made from high-quality Australian beef, so tender they melt in your mouth. You won’t find this texture anywhere else.

Also included is our famous Golden Coin Beef Slices (150g), known for their perfect ratio of meat and tendon. Sliced to perfection, these slices create a texture bomb in every bite.

Made in Singapore. This frozen instant pack has a shelf life of 28 days from the date of receiving if left frozen. Can be left thawed in fridge maximum of 5 days. Take note: This product must be stored frozen before use to maintain its freshness. And must be defrosted in advance before cooking.

Instructions:

1.      You will need a hotpot / pot over fire. Can also buy other ingredients to enhanced your hotpot experience.

2.      Thaw everything except dumplings over night in the fridge or at room temperature for >2 hours. Keep dumplings frozen until when needed.

3.      Open the pack of braised broth and boneless ribs into the pot. Wait for it to boil. Enjoy as it is, savouring the umami soup and meat.

4.      Add in the clear beef broth to make it into hotpot soup + add in 500ml water.

5.      Add in all other ingredients from bundle. Can also add in other vegetables of your choice.

6.      Noodles only need 30 secs in the hotpot soup. Beef meat are all already cooked.

7.      If it gets salty, please add in little bit of water.
