Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been placed and exceeds 60 minutes, no cancellations will be allowed.

Delivery Duration:

The delivery timeframe is clearly stated in the description and includes 10-15 WORKING DAYS (not calendar days). This excludes weekends, public holidays, or delays due to customs checks.

We are not liable for compensation in the event of a delay beyond 15 working days.

Handling Cancellations During Transit:

If you cancel an order while it is in transit:

You must either re-order the product (for us to receive payment), OR

Return the package at your own cost once it is delivered, OR

Complete the payment via PayNow if you prefer this method.

We will not be responsible for collecting back the package once it has been shipped, as we have already paid for the shipping to your address. You are required to handle the return or payment according to the above policies.

Failure to comply with these obligations will be considered fraudulent behavior. Under Singapore law, this could amount to an attempt at unjust enrichment and may result in a police report being lodged under Section 415 of the Penal Code for fraud.

Refund Requests & TikTok System:

Please note that TikTok's system will automatically approve refund requests that are made after 15 calendar days. However, this does not mean that the package delivery is cancelled. Your order will still be delivered as this is a "ship by seller" order, and we will not be able to cancel the delivery.

Even if TikTok issues a refund, you remain liable for payment or return of the package once it is delivered. The refund issued by TikTok does not absolve the buyer from these obligations. As per the terms agreed upon when placing the order, the buyer must either re-order, return the package, or complete the payment via PayNow as outlined in our policies.

Delivery Timing and Notification:

On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS notification confirming the delivery. The delivery will take place between 9am-7pm, and you will not be able to select a specific time within this window.

Communication on Refunds:

If you initiate a refund request, we will contact you via WhatsApp as most customers do not check TikTok Shop chat messages regularly. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is available to avoid any miscommunication.
